Next I would like to thank lanatrailer for not only designing and coding the website, but bringing my ideas to life. While he has since abandoned the project in 2017, I dedicate this gallery to him. I found a prediction for photos of LDR in creating the gallery with him. In 2016, I was asked to collaborate on this project with him. I would first like to thank Jerry for introducing the idea of a LDR Gallery to me. Very rarely there will be photos with a “Filtered” tag, but virtually all photos with a filter have been tagged as edited. An unedited photo means the photo does not have the edit in question. The text on the photo is considered to be edited on the photo and not retouched, cropped etc. For instance, a promotional image for National Anthem has text over the image while another photo does not. An edited photo can be a photo that has been altered in some way, but does not constitute as any of the labels mentioned. Unlike any of the other tags mentioned, an edited photo is a very ambiguous term. Sometimes a photo will be cropped somewhat differently than others which have an "Alt Crop" label. Crops that provide a very small amount of pixels or insignificant parts of a photograph are not included in the gallery. When a photo is provided in a cropped form it will have a “Cropped” tag.
LANA DEL REY TUMBLR PICTURES FULL
When a photo is provided in a full or less cropped form it will have a “Uncropped” tag. A cropped photo means cutting the edges of an image. While many images exist in their full form, a lot are cropped. Despite raw photos being available, a raw photo may be edited (whether it be through a crop, filter, color mode etc.) and does not necessarily mean it's in its “original” form. Although rare, a publication may publish the photos in raw format. Publications more often than not will hire people to retouch a photo, or the photographer will retouch their own photos. A raw photo is a photo that is in its original form when taken. In other words, retouching means to make it look better.

A retouched photo is a photo that has been altered to make the subject appear with less blemishes. Virtually every time a publication releases professionally taken photos, the images released will be retouched. Photos also may be distorted or low quality in specific pixels of the image, which are noted in the labels. The highest quality photos have an “HQ” tag, a photo between high and low have a “MQ” tag and photos with the least amount of quality have a “LQ” tag. Nonetheless, all available quality versions of a photo are provided. Image quality is subjective in the fact that a photo with a low amount of pixels may appear to be higher quality than a photo with a higher pixels. (Although, this is not always the case.) Most photos have been manually created to have a lower quality than the original photo-in many cases this is used to preserve space. For instance, a photo with 500 pixels is higher quality than a photo with 100 pixels. The quality of the photo, generally speaking, is the amount of real pixels in a given image. It is important to remember that no photoshoot has all unpublished photos found on the web, so there may be large gaps in between unpublished photos. Sometimes a photographer may post an unpublished photo. Many unpublished photos are posted by fans which means they are usually edited. An unpublished photo is a photo that was not formally released. A published photo is a photo that the publication released, or decided to formally release at a later date. Photos in a session are split in to two sections: Published and Unpublished.

This section lays out the terminology used on the photos. Since every photo is not provided in its original form, labels must be used to identify photos. The gallery, as stated above, consists of Lana Del Rey’s photoshoots, personal projects and promotional campaigns.
